Credit card terms change often, and issuers do not always announce revisions. If you spot a fee, reward rate, cap, or benefit on this site that does not match what the bank currently publishes, tell us — use the form above or email hello@creditgully.com with the card name and, where possible, a link to the issuer's page.

We check reported errors against issuer documentation. Where a correction is warranted we update the card data and the review, and the page's last-updated date changes accordingly. Where we disagree, we will tell you why rather than leave the message unanswered. We read every message and aim to reply within a few working days.

We are a publisher, not a bank. We cannot check your application status, access your account, alter your credit limit, or intervene in a dispute with an issuer — those need to go to the bank directly. For how we handle the information you send us, see our privacy policy.
